Our Business

It was in August of 2006 when LUCBAN HAT FACTORY was finally established. The owner, Mr Allan Cabungcal, was the former production manager of Lucban Hats & Handicrafts Inc.- the pioneer exporter of Philippine hats & handicrafts in Asia, Australia, U.S., Europe & other parts of the world in early 70's founded by the late Pedro Cabungcal.
Being the grandson, he worked in his grandfather’s factory for almost 16 years where he obtained his knowledge and experience in the field of craftsmanship particularly in hat making. With these as his tools, and with the aid of certain people that help him a lot (they know who "they" are - which the man is really thankful), he gained the necessary confidence and desire to start his own and make his name apart from his grandfather's shadow when the company where he used to belong was officially dissolved sometime in 2006.
Its first office was in Kamuning road Quezon City where he started to accept small orders from clients that he met from his previous job, whom continually enthrusted their loyalty to him because of his good working relationship with them. And as they saw him striving with a much dedication & hard work they began giving him bulk orders.
As various customers & demands arises he decided to relocate on a bigger place for his business as it continually grows.
Today the factory & office is located in Marikina City where a much bigger production area is seen.
